Yua, born in a remote mountain village, is handed over to the village head and raised by the community, where she suffers mistreatment due to being deemed 'cursed'. After five years of abuse, a mysterious man with extraordinary abilities arrives in the village, and upon learning of Yua's hardships, she hopes he will be her rescuer, not her next tormentor.
